“In It To Lose It” is focused on helping participants to “lose” excess weight, unhealthy eating habits and unhealthy lifestyles, while gaining awareness on healthy living, thereby contributing to the improved communication, enhanced collaboration and increased productivity

Nutrition Guide

Participants will be provided with an orientation and lecture on a healthy weight loss through proper diet guidelines by Retha Harding, a registered Dietician.

Amazing Race

Based on the TV series “The Amazing Race”, teams race against the clock around a predefined route, following clues and completing challenges along the way to get to the finish line on time.

Masterchef Cook-Off

Teams will prepare a specific healthy dish – based on the TV Show Masterchef, timed, our guest judges will select the winner.

The 5Cs of Team-Building
